"Global Warming Goes To Court"

"The Bush administration has been on a six-year campaign to expand its powers, often beyond what the Constitution allows. So it is odd to hear it claim that it lacks the power to slow global warming by limiting the emission of harmful gases. But that is just what it will argue to the Supreme Court tomorrow, in what may be the most important environmental case in many years."

Freedom of Migration and People vs Nations

The policy of freedom of migration and nations vs people would effectively resign nations, and bring people and humanistic organization into world organization. Places could be run on a town by town basis, with commerce and rules of ethical commerce forming the basis of organized law and conventional town, judicial, and regional law enforcement founding interpersonal law.

Freedom of migration would eliminate borders and establish the world as a commercial vector. The problem remains who is the authority over these commercial entities? We cannot have robber baron style rule, that is nothing like law and would return to monarchies quickly. We must have an organization above the companies, above commerce, and national interests can fade out into ethical and economic interests.

It would need to establish ownership of the planet and of all reality by all beigns, and for all beings. Stewardship, really. An act such as overfishing is an ecological disaster, a commercial disaster, and a tyranny...

People and Nations

It is apparent that nations and people are becoming distinct entities. America and Britain are having difficulties dealing with 'minority' populations, by choice. They see numerous problems and decide to blame them on the populations based on certain statistics, and then exclude or slight those populations.

I will not allow the creation of a new second class.

Instead of slighting these people, we can enrich everybody. By providing excellent education and cultural expression and evaluation we will improve the manner in which our society conducts its business and pleasure.

The American system of government are laws suitable for any class and organization of people. It is not simply for the rich, or the old, or people who have been here longest. It is for all. These are laws of man, pursuant to an ideal Platonic form more than a club or class or company or nation. If they do not stand true for all, they are not just.

Unfortunately we have been working since the social revolutions of the 1950's and 1960's to divide this people and maintain control of the world and the nation by group. We must expand just law, not our groups' control. Principly, the controlling group's association with just law has been degrading since they began trying to monopolize it. And the controlled have been resisting this elitism increasingly in response.

We now have a backlog of financial, industrial, and social control dating back over 30 years, which is set to break at point blanc.

This will take the place of economic class discrepancies, fulcruming hopefully in the state's control over corporation and taxtation. It is also at the war on drugs, which has been fulcruming individually to the point that the control is in the form of a semi-permeable membrane and advanced groupings are possible outside of the law. It is in sex, which has become similar to the war on drugs. The extent of sexual control is uncertain, and is likely more closely tied to economic, group-related, and violent responses, a rainbow of warped permutation in response to enforcement of injustice and elitism. The enforcement has been shifted towards wars, particularly the Iraq war, although Afghanistan and the military action of 9/11 are precursors. This has resulted in illogical aggression among the enchained, which has been supported by torture mandates from the seats of power, and the seperate responses of pacifism, tactical edge, justification and judgement, and inversely illogical reciprocal aggression. Peace movement, thinkers movement, and the anti-state and al-qaeda style movements.

This has unfortunately also encompassed religious control, pertaining in ways to sexual control, 'just war', various illogical aggressions, and has been supported by the political movement and control of the religious right in these fields. It is a hideous perversion that is abhorrent to God.

This will be met by advanced individual and group spirituality, advanced justice and judgement movements, advanced sexual tension, hopefully mediated by the 2007 Sexual Revolution with great spiritual power and freedom and clarity and trust in a very precise Hz bandwidth associated with spiritual connection to God. This will be a/the motivating factor in accurately carrying out many special and just activities, and could begin a baby boom. This could be 1.0 with the elderly movement, hopefully resulting in greater care for the elders and a return to a more civil society and a groupless existance.

This major effort 1960-present will also be met by response from God in many ways because of the way some have used religion and attempted to use God as a prybar. This is [+-] action, and all purposeful [+-] action causes users' earnest goals to be compromised and for them to deserve evil.

George Bush

I demand investigations into this man's behavior and involvement with 9/11 and the Afghanistan and Iraq wars, as well as with oil companies. Donald Rumsfeld is a suspected party to these conspiracies, and should be investigated as the majority of the cabinet. We may also see charges eventually filed regarding the 2000, 2002, and 2004 elections.

George Bush faces evidence sufficient to file charges of treason against him in America and war crimes trials in the Hague. We would be prudent to examine these charges and gain more intelligence not via the suspected parties on the topics at hand.

It may be time for members of non-US countries to begin investigating the circumstances of the Iraqi and Afghani wars and examine incidents involving 9/11, as this is a global crime with global effects.

Chinese Decentralization

Jesus Christ is the son of God. I want to help the people of China attain a higher quality of living. Before they can become a primary nation they must deal with their athiesm. I may recommend that Chinese officials of the PRC examine theological data presented regarding the historical Jesus Christ, the power of prayer, the miracles of Lourdes and other Christian miracles, the existance of the spirit, the existance of angels and demons, universal humans rights and kindness, and the teachings of Jesus Christ in the gospels, and the reality of a real, living, conscious God [just as you are real living and conscious]. You may also wish to examine the conditions of ESP, psychokinesis, and mind power of quantum events.

It may be a boon to the Chinese, and world, quality of life to decentralize their urban environments. While overpopulation is not a problem, overcrowding indeed can be difficult, and can produce unpleasant emotional energies. This can also allow many people to be delivered from polluted environments.

Chinese cities have grown as millions of Chinese have left the countryside and farmlands to seek culture and work in the cities. The reasons these cities cannot decentralize or expand outwards while reducing in density [this seems like suburbanism] is partially because of the need for farmland and partially because of artificial transportation contraints.

Farmland can be made more productive across the world and China, both actions being beneficial to Chinese and the world, by using advanced greenhousing.

Travel can be made easier with the use of water splitting and other clean energy technologies. These clean technologies can also improve life existing in dense urban environments by eliminating their need for filthy coal and nuclear power plants and the pollution of combustion engines transporting goods to and from the city. Factories can also update their technology and devices to run more cleanly. Air travel can also be made cleaner using the midairport.

While urban diffusion is a fine idea it is of critical importance to leave large areas of wilderness and greenspace to preserve the environment. This wilderness should be at least 50% of the space of the megacity, regardless of the scale of the city, even if it covers the earth's entire surface. This space should be well cultivated and contain a high level of biomass.

Furthermore, green space should permeate all urban environments. All meaningful building rooftops should be fitted with greenhouses. They can be used to grow food or cleanse urban air and also urban emotional energy. They are in prime locations for wind farming and will help trap heat inside the building. Urban environments all think of their skylines, but a greenhouse does not need to change the shape ort color of a skyline if it is not desired. Enclosed greenhouses can also be beautiful additions to a building, and can be made on top of buildings with minimal structural adjustment.

By changing these features, world cities will pollute less and be able to house more people comfortably. They will also interfere less with the natural environment and allwo for more food products to be grown. These cities will be pleasant and fruitful and produce good social environments.
