"Better Know A District" -Colbert

The title link is media of a guy asking the Virginia GOP senator's staff tackling and battering a man asking him questions. The senator's remarks about it were also dismissive.

This is absurd. Are the republicans truly trying to hand off the Federal Government? We know they both, Democrats and Republicans, play ball with the same companies and the same power people.

What tricks do the democrats have up their sleeves? What tricks are the republicans hoping to not get blamed for?

Maybe we should give the Republicans 4 [2] more years and see what charges are filed. This looks purposeful, and anything that is a purposeful lie of this magnitude is wrongful.

I say vote GOP. We're being leaned into voting democrat. Whatever the democrat half of the Federal Government has in store, I suspect it of being wrongful.

I want a lot more facts about the democrats who are on the ballot before I would consider voting for them. I want a lot more facts about Republicans on the ballot before I would consider voting for them. I want to hear what the other candidates have to say. I want to know who is going to press charges against George Bush for the crimes of the past ~6 years, who is going to get us out of Iraq TONIGHT and who is going to reopen 9/11 and the 2002 and 2004 voting fraud cases, and screen the US brass for war crimes, illegal invasion, and illegal torture and abandoning international treaties.

Let alone the rash of lesser cases.

I wouldn't touch an E-voting machine with a 40 foot stick.

The GOP has coughed up all their laundry for some reason. Fox News withheld the Florida gay kids Senator information for a year. I want charges filed against that network. That is sex offender material. You cannot withhold that, or you will be guilty too, especially if something happens.

***I WANT UN ELECTION MONITORS. I WANT CANADIAN ELECTION MONITORS IN THE US.*** I want French, Scandanavian, and Bosnian election monitors at US polling stations. I want server reports of every E-voting machine to be published. I want people from the media at every voting station.

We need to delay the vote to clear up these investigations. We can't elect new leaders in the midst of a crisis like this. Until E-voting machines are removed from the counties, or all of them have paper trails, there is no way voting can be guaranteed.

No guarantee means no social contract. We will not go to no contract, but the agreement with the American people will not be updated until we can have voting accuracy guarantees. We can have a serious forum discussion of all members in every state election on TV at the same time.

Put every state candidate on the ballot in an auditorium and have them all answer questions from a Federal pool, from a mass audience, and display unscreened questions from unscreened professors, business representatives, model citizens, scientists, engineers... eagle scouts, mothers, mayors, civic action committe representatives, anyone who wants it can request it, or go there and ask questions. This should be a multiple-hour event and candidates for state government can respond via phone or satellite or appear at their local media station to broadcast in tandem.

Give it to us. May God help us all.

- Jon Stewart, you still have our vote for 2008. Do not sweat Deval Patrick. You are "++".

Iraq Long and Short

There are certain points to consider on Iraq.

We may be there to secure oil for peak oil, slated to arrive ~2008.
We may be staying there to keep this oil in American possession for that duration.
We may be dragging our feet in Iraq to meet this 'deadline'.

If we left, 'another country could assume this role'.
-primary energy oil alternatives can replace oil entirely
-another country would have similar difficulties and even less legitimacy than we do being there
-an internationally monitored force will ensure that no individual country 'gets Iraq'
-the spoils taken from Iraq will be prosecuted like Nazi gold/f

If we left, Iraq would decompose.
-maybe so. it's their country.
-this is already civil war and a revolution.
-the UN can help them do what they need to do nonviolently.
-we've intensified war there excessively. leaving would likely reduce war and violence there considerably.
-leaving would give Iraq much more morale and attainable focus
-i am leaving.

NK Terrorism

I am not pleased with the NK regime, but I would also be not pleased with an internationally funded act of spylike debauchery. It is interesting that this kind of stuff is being medialyzed, which means that it is probably by assignment from the state, or 'watch our guys'.

Military Commissions Bill - Oppose

Putting civilians before a military court without appropriation of Constitutional rights is against the law, regardless of who signs it as law.

The one great way around the Constitution is a military emergency bill, or other military bills such as this one. I take no responsibility for this bill being passed.

It is illegal for civilians to be detained without charge and punished or tortured without charge or trial. This is guaranteed in the Constitution and it will be obeyed as the supreme law of this land, under God.

To change the Constitution or to write a law that changes things embedded in the Constitution, you must first change that amendment, which will take a considerable amount of public and legislative majority.

In the meantime, I urge the Supreme Court to strike down this ruling as it is vastly opposed to various tenets of our foundational law. If it is allowed to stand our framework will be skewed and the pattern lost.

It seems that some in executive branch power seek to change the law and the nation in ways that are unacceptable to our foundation. It is the duty and authority of the court to prevent this. These tangent powers should be resolved in favor of the Living God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob's ways.

I encourage you to email your congressmen about this bill at www.congress.org.

Natural Monopolies and Alternative Energy

Why does the government create monopoly power via its patent system, when elsewhere it spends millions trying to prevent the emergence of or regulate monopoly power?

The state wants to foster scientific growth. Although, this may be at odds when a scientific advancement would threaten the basis of a natural monopoly. For example, www.byronwine.com shows that GM, oil producers, and other companies have worked to suppress carburater technologies and alternative fuel technologies. Rudolpf Diesel, inventor of the diesel engine, when he tried to switch back to vegetable oil from crude was killed, likely by industry competetors. His fuel plan would have substantially reduced the natural monopoly of refineries. Today, alternative fuel technologies could/would demolish the accrued arbitrary wealth stored up in those refineries, oil fields, and also in certain elements of the $billions-level auto industry, as well as shift massive oil-centered political power, and the energy production industry and all it subsidiaries, nuclear and coal plants, natural gas plants, commodities shifting systems and infrastructure, and potentially their power lines and permits and contracts, certain elements of jet propulsion and tactical military complex production and threat assessment, as well as certain chemical plants, steel mills, and other cottage industries that would be quickly replaced by a new technology that made superior procedures affordable. As well as the added competition that could potentially be faced in most any monopolistic business by drastically reduced startup costs due to this shift in power production and availability of superior systems. Modernizing itself would probably cost 10-20% of any major firm’s annual revenue, while obsoleting many industries and fundamentally altering many others. However, the cost of this upgrade would be dramatically reduced by the very same measures that caused the need to upgrade. Furthermore, the 10-year return on value of investment and quality of life would be phenomenal. However, an investment in this era and a reutrn in that era would be very difficult to compare due to the corresponding shift in the value and function of money in such a society. This might/would cause massive deflation, which could seem like devaluation to an analyst or investor, but in actuality it is hypervaluation because of the new perfusion of goods and the cheapness of producing and distributing those goods in the new market.

Alternative fuels still face an uphill battle, but they are being aided by Mother Nature, the principle of shortage, and growing human population. All these are God’s ways. Patents do exist for alternative technologies. About 20 patents exist for 100%< efficient special electrolysis water splitting technologies and certain companies make use of them. A patent for a motionless electromagnetic generator was produced in spring of 2002, but it has yet to be meaningfully applied for these reasons.

Do not go to war

Sun Tzu said that a good soldier wins before going to the battlefield. If we Americans invaded Iran, we would be going to our defeat. Why would we go? Iran holds nothing for us.

But their crude. There is no strateigic importance in Iran but their location in relation to China and Russia, and in their oil reserves.

We are no weaklings, and our technology is bright and our industrial capacity prosperous, but our morale has been flagging for years. It is not merely that a waft of Patriotism would perk us up, no, that is not what we seek. We flag from lack of answers, from wages spent against the republic, from lack of faith and trust in the state and organized media and corporations, and our doubts about them are stewed in earnestness.

To be patriotic one must be in earnest, or we follow a hideous demon flag of want. To be patriotic one must have faith in their actions, and in the organized actions of America, we do not.

To name the specific abuses would be to discredit our desire.

We want freedom. We want our land. We want love and brotherhood. We want right answers and justice. We want honesty and truth, and honor that would please the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. We who love peace and hate lies say this:

Do not go to war.

Sunday, October 15, 2006

I believe our intelligence and anti-terrorism efforts were equally as effective before 9/11 when we obeyed the Constitution profusely. None of the alleged tactics we take today in addition to Constitutional methods are more effective than our normal investigative practices. Except for inside jobs, our anti-terrorism agencies have very effectively prevented terror actions in America by following the Constitution and Bill of Rights' mandates.

What we do not have is an introspective intelligence agency to at least post-humously investigate and solve inside attacks, or even prevent them.

The US cannot go it alone on so many issues. We should not have invaded Iraq, and we cannot go over the top on Iran or North Korea. These items do not threaten just America, and they are not adequately assessed as real threats by America. America may not have the fiscal, political, or economic superiority to be able to perform things like Iraq again in the future.

Good. American controllers and the GOP are suspect of numerous events and war crimes and international crimes and economic crimes. Their leadership has been troubled and it is being revoked from them in favor of those who will display a more even hand and worship God as is fit.

New technologies in energy will be examined over the next 5 years to approach and deal with the problem of peak oil and environmental damage in a way that is openly examinable and right.

More on economics when it is not the sabbath, coz I don't feel like it, and I love God.

UK Out of Iraq

I am leaving Iraq.

Peace is the Symptom

I have enjoyed not caring about war for about a month or two. That was really nice, don't you agree?

I am not returning because I like war. I am returning because I like peace.

For decades, America successfully did not go to war with Russia. Russia was the greatest military threat America has ever faced, and we stared them down. We can do the same thing to anyone if it is done right. Anyone can do the same thing to anyone if it is done perfectly, that it may honor God.

Warships have been ordered by someone to the Strait of Hormuz south of Iran. We should not go to war with Iran. Israel should not go to war with Iran. Do we fear India's warheads? Do we fear our own? Not so much, although they are destructive and potential launches and launch symbols against us.

May I remind us against that war with Iran would be cataclysmic. Do not cow away from war, though it is right to have peace, because of fear of want. You who would be cowards during peace do not deserve the peace you have, and it would surely be stripped from you. But know that invading Iran will cause economic havoc and cause the deaths of millions around the planet in secondary losses. This is inexcusable, regardless of the primary victory you plan.

What is the path to peace? The direct conflict America sees with Iran is unreal. Iran is no material threat to America whatsoever, but for a covert attack and the aiding of our potential enemies. These can be brought to peace by solving the wider crisis. Does France aid our enemies? Only slightly. But they are, in truth, one of our greatest allies of peace. We can forgive Iran's aiding of enemies, and those enemies, if we can come to agreement on peace.

What would Iran ask for? Security. Peace. they can have these voluntarily from us, from others, or they can try to force them. However, they are valiant goals and they will be pursued by all those who are brave. Iran seems to be brave. May they serve the Lord, creator of all things, God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, father of Jesus Christ.

What are the threats against Iran? America has a history of invading and coercing Iran and the Iranian people out of their political choices and their natural resources. This is insult, it is attack, it is stripping them away from peace and security. It should not happen. Israel also has made plans to attack Iran. Israel bears threat from no nation to their security as a nation. To respond by attacking a nation is wrong. Speaking with the individual first and the community second is the right discourse. When Israel has spoken with its worst enemies on every topic and continues this dialogue on all new topics until the knot is untied, we will see peace.

Israel should open private dialogue with these terrorist and rebel groups that seek to fight them and destroy them, to understand the *local* reasons why Israel is being attacked and why there is not peace nor security there. 2 Counts of illegitimacy does not make legitimacy. Nor does 8, nor 1000.

I want to convict Israel on their devilish actions in Palestine. For every bit wrong Palestine is in your eyes, you are in theirs, and the world knows. God knows. [& the world knows that God knows]

If Israel is to be approved of by Arabs, they must stop breaking the law. Is great envy for oil taking the place of their hearts? May God destroy the evil that causes that, and if you cannot let go of it, you will share its fate.

Iran, and oil providing nations, you too play a share in this by putting economics before peace and health. I know that only a small few own and profit from the oil, that having oil is a curse. I ask you people on the oily land to stand up for what is right, for human rights, for world rights, for democracy and peaceful commercialism instead of inhumane capitalism. Along with everyone, whom I call on to support these people in their stand and to stand yourselves as well.

Peace is the answer. It will all look like what you know and want to be peace if it is going right.

Iranian president, you, as one of the few who owns the oil, one of the few who speaks for your nation and religion and people, I am pleased with the peaceful statements you have recently made. I ask you again to call out for peace and denounce war, but to also deserve this peace as written before.

Regarding North Korea, I presume that they have been paid off repeatedly as bribes for not committing acts of terrorism. It is more interesting that this is a regional problem than an American problem. America stands to gain nothing by thwarting communism in modern day politics, as there is no major freestanding communist machine, aside from China. If America is to win the 'war on communism' they will need to do it in the boardroom, partially, and in the laboratory the next part, and the first part is actually in Denny's at about 1:42Am on a weeknight.

If you want to keep nukes out of the hands of a dictator on the border of Russia, China, SK, and Japan, well, you may want to invigorate them and provide cunning ideology. NK is the insane psychopath with a raygun, as far as we've seen. I haven't heard much ideology past 1950 and most of it not past 1933 come out of that country. They're probably realistically stuck in the 40's-70's and little threat to us, except for their nuclear capability and the liklihood of attacking SK. unless they had nukes, they would have a major disadvantage at fighting a protracted war, so they are screwed anyway so long as they do not have nukes. The only reason they are being given aid is the decency of their people. Maybe we should design some way to airdrop food randomly into their country. Or information randomly into their country. Realistically, I don't think they have signed 'the papers'. And in a way I don't blame them. But in another way I am disappointed at their evil. Theirs is no form of stable or positive government. They live in a serfdom.

Since we've allowed them to gain nuclear weapons, we should blockade them. It worked before. We'll simply have to have UN inspections all around the perimeter of their country. Try not to militarize it, though. We don't want increased military pressure. So doing that and using excellent lasers and jamming technology to skunk their airborne missiles and our pre-9/11 CIA defenses to skunk any terrorist operations, we're pretty much safe from North Korea, unless they begin splitting water or something like that. That would realistically be the greatest harm they could do. They have no oil and nothing else. Water splitting could enable them to do a lot if they used it right.

This is not why we're not splitting water, is it?

****. I went over this.

Have you tried prayer? It works.

Globalization

We're facing a world unity platform that is based on the rights of "investors, lendors,..." and corporations and major businesses and business interests. The United States is a sock puppet containing many interests. Among them the hands of about 50 businesses, or business interests ruled by about 5 collective 'hands', and a small series of individuals representing those businesses artificially, certain military interests defending those hands and all in the sock and in some ways the branched corporate hands wherever they may appear on earth.

Along with this amalgum are the voices of individual people, citizens, as individuals and in the groups they create. These forces move more with voices than with money or weapons, so they are often overshadowed by the massive corporations and their media setworks.

According to Chomsky and believed by about 90% of real people, this system of globalization is not desirable, and unfairly favors those who shout louder. A system must be installed similar to the Senate so that big states and big companies get only one vote, and not one vote per dollar.

These are principles that helped found our nation, and must help found the world if it is to be democratic and peace-loving and not unbalanced and sinking. We have only a small amount of time to accomplish this because of human population and earth's resources and pollution. The time of spreading this information is high. Soon shall come the times of acting on this information and feeling the consequences of our actions and response to information. May there be peace and justice for all.

"[a] Noam Chomsky. [b] Our time draws short."

California

It is sensible that California bring suit against automakers on account of their smog and trustlike practices. It is also sensible that California hold the Federal Government accountable for the results of pollution that they allow through the EPA, or the companies that the state gives authority to for polluting.

These costs should be compensated to California if their land is despoiled by Federal policies.

In the event of willful failure to enforce the law, little sympathy should be provided by Federal judges regarding the agencies responsible. Conservation is critically important and this should be reflected in industry and government. Corporations cannot be allowed to chase capitalism through the giant plate glass window of earth's environment.

Also, examine WBUR's interview with Noam Chomsky regarding this and other topics.

Gopocrats

I am uninterested in electing a member from either Kerry's or Bush's party. Maybe one from Jon Stewart's party or Tim Ryan's party. But there is nothing about democrats and nothing about republicans that makes them fit to rule this country.

I do not like being pushed to vote, and at that same time being pushed to choose democrat or republican. I would be pleased to speak my mind on issues. However, selecting between 2 bad choices is not my idea of democracy.

Democracy is a cookoff, not a 2 part-buffet.

Political reform is required for the education of humanity sufficient to build a society that can use earth to support humanity.

How Are you Gentlemen?

This excerpt from Noam Chomsky's interview is very pressing and quite factual and literal. How Noam Chomsky got on WBUR, I do not know. But the facts remain open.

One called notes that everyone wants to come to America and that India loves America and Bush, partially because of economic reasons. I would respond to this by saying that, yes, you can steal $10,000 while living in the ghetto and be the richest among them, and live like a king. Your people will live well on the tribute money and if you keep receiving it, you will appear to have a very high quality of living and standard of living. But that does not account for nor excuse your thievery, nor will it protect you from it when those you stole it from find you, or God calls you in heaven or earth.

That is why everyone wants to come to America. To sit atop the pile of stolen wealth, whether they know it is stolen or not, or at least sit near it. This seems to me to be the reasonable assumption given the citations of our numerous and follied economic exploits, which can be examined at www.receiptforlabor.blogspot.com, and in various other journals.

Also, we should move forward on the Darfur crisis, and east Congo for that matter.

The state says that we must fight the terrorists who brought war to our country. But if it was the state that allowed them to bring war to our country, who must we fight? If we do already control our country, changing it should be no problem. But if we need to fight with words in courtrooms, newsstands, and street demonstrations to regain control of our nation, then let it be done.

We must change the systems of humanity so that this struggle does not exist.

Best Use of Military 4Q06

Best use of military in Iraq:

End torture. Obey Geneva conventions. Admit and denounce illegal and unethical actions and charge those brass responsible for policy of breaking laws. Place them on paid leave.

Companies are getting in the way of Iraqi peace. They are large enough to be meaningful economic and political factors. It is important that oil interests, even of private companies, not play a role in the Iraqi state. For this reason oil should not be privatized or controlled on the private market internationally, and instead controlled publicly by an international assembly until it can be turned over to a public Iraqi state foundation. The services of private companies may be used by this public international organization, but the profits and ownership must not be private. That is a fatal conflict of interests.

American forces should also share authority of Iraqi with UN peacekeeping forces. This is a conflict that affects the globe and the globe has hands in it. UN forces have the right and the duty to provide their services and America does not have the right to keep them out.

OBL is not a factor that warrants the invasion of a nation.

No proof links Osama Bin Laden to 9.11, nor to Iraq.

American forces should withdraw from Afghanistan and petition the UN to impose sanctions if the need is great, or participate in an ethically bound peacekeeping international MP force to follow and pursue and prevent terrorism activities where the need arises.

The American congress should reassert itself as authority when it comes to declaring wars. We should also examine the international oil companies and oil bearing nations and their ethical standing, anti-trust law obligations, and promote the research and implementation of non-oil technologies. This can be done in relation to energy policy studies and the nuclear non-proliferation treaty.

A pan-industry panel should be examined regarding international finance and umbrella business trusts. This situation should be performed by state and federal and international organizations as well as private investigation. We may find it wise to examine WTO operations and the American CIA since 1945.

In the face of global problems of supply and the environment, restructuring energy, transportation, economics, society, politics, and providing suitable support, relief and organization programs is already supercritical and will become increasingly critical until the topics are addressed.

Also see the section of receiptforlabor discussing economic superownership constituting state-level obligation.

The above article is 94%+ accurate.

We have built a society that does not benefit from each new individual who joins.

The choice is being made to seclude society or to change it to benefit from participation more easily.
